Service Description

When your schedule doesn’t allow you to attend a vet appointment, Bridger K9 provides reliable, professional transport and experienced handling to help get your dog there safely. This service is designed for scheduled, non-emergency veterinary visits, including routine exams and follow-up appointments. Bridger K9 will transport your dog to and from a licensed veterinary clinic, assist with check-in and release, and supervise your dog during the appointment as needed. Our focus is on safety, calm handling, and clear communication throughout the visit. Veterinary appointment transport is booked as a minimum two-hour service to account for travel time, clinic check-in, waiting periods, and release. Additional time may be required depending on appointment length or clinic wait times. This service is not intended for emergency situations. In urgent or time-sensitive cases, clients should contact their veterinary clinic or an emergency veterinary facility directly. Clients are responsible for scheduling the appointment and ensuring the veterinary clinic has prior authorization to release the dog to Bridger K9 for transport, check-in, and pickup. All medical care and treatment decisions remain between the client and their veterinary provider. Bridger K9 reserves the right to decline or discontinue transport if a dog’s behavior or stress level presents a safety concern. This service is ideal for busy schedules, planned care, and dogs who benefit from experienced handling in a clinical environment.


Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICIES Booking a Training Session or Program All sessions must be booked through the online scheduling system. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been submitted. For multi-week training programs, either full payment or a required deposit must be paid at the time of booking to reserve your spot. New Client Requirements All new clients must schedule an Initial Consultation and Assessment before enrolling in any training program unless otherwise stated. This allows me to evaluate your dog’s behavior, discuss your goals, and ensure the program is appropriate. Proof of age-appropriate vaccinations may be required. Location of Training Training sessions may take place in your home, in public settings, or virtually depending on the service selected. Travel outside the standard service area may require an additional travel fee. Arrival and Session Length Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time and will not be extended. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be marked as a no-show and the full session fee will apply. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted forms of payment will be listed on the scheduling page. Sessions or programs will not be held without payment. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES 48-Hour Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the session time will be charged the full session fee. This policy applies to all services, including consultations, private training, and multi-week programs. No-Shows A no-show is defined as failing to attend your session without prior notice. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges or dismissal from ongoing programs. Refund Policy Training programs, packages, and sessions are non-refundable once purchased. Unused sessions expire 90 days after purchase unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or cancellations that occur outside the policy window. Illness Policy (Human or Dog) If you, anyone in your household, or your dog is ill, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. I will waive cancellation fees for contagious illness if notified before the scheduled session time.
